| from the day, i step 2 this industry. i felt a bit odd. i don't even know why as if i know couldn't trust neither 2 one of them 2 the manager incharge and even my collegue. the way they taught me is probably unclear as if there's certain passage is missing. i'm not full statisfied abt it. how i suppose 2 learn only by mistake that change me. 2 me this is wrong, my manager is taking 4granted by teaching me properly even threatening me at the same. anyway, how may i suppose 2 learn with this kind of manager. is this worth of fairness? no.. this isn't my problem coz the manager seem 2 b reluctant by causing chaos 2wards me by stock delivery, 10%, 25% and vip card. i know i might be new. at least put some initiative 2 b concern with full of patience by teaching me. if this goes on, the manpower would b decreasing. |

i just work a month with this company. i do realised that i felt neglected and lack of teaching from the manager incharge. i do put a heart and soul to this company but it seems my boss and my collegue didn't appreciate it at all when i come to this industry. i know my experience in the past and nw is totally unparellel. the way, my manger taught is not sincerity as if she has been force to do so just because i'm malay. i know i'm a slow learner at first when i go even further there's going 2 definetly a different story. i do created plenty of mistakes at start then i back up and recorrect it straight away. my manager praise my collegue so much that she is fast learner as if she couldn't accept and even look down on me as a slow learner. you guys out there, do you find it is ridculous when you've 2 learn everything within a one month isn't that logic? surely it is impossible right. my manager is trying 2 reflect my error. but this time, i've 2 do something even much more worst than my manager. i try 2 put everything inside my schedule book when and where she gave a negective feedback and the daily sales report. when the time come i've 2 throw a book infront of her or even given 2 the top management for even more drastic result. manager thinks that she is perfect human being when it comes 2 conclusion her counting wasn't accurate at all. human tent 2 verge with chaos somewhere in the middle. when people didn't intent to make mistake how are they suppose to learn. she can say what she wants but don't until one day the company will be closed 4 eternity that's going 2 b one major problem 4 them nt 2 me. that time is going 2 b 2 little 2 late. |

| well, finally i get to work in hang ten somewhere ard somerset that my guy recommended 4 me. i taught it is ok 4 me but it turns out the other way ard. according to my observation, the price tag and the bar code is totally different element. the customers get confused everytime especially when they are looking at the list. i as a saleswoman need to elaborate 2 them with all this stuff that they intent to buy. i know i might new to this industry just that the enviroment makes me more uncomfortable especially with the people whom i'm working with. at first, i taught my manager is ok after few days she started 2 get nasty by looking at me very awkwardly as if she is very angry with me and another is my collegue, she just one month working there then started 2 give unnecessary orders and when i had done something wrong she started 2 get shout at me. i know this is a mistake at least she try 2 explain 2 me than rather she shout 4 no reason. furthermore the tiles is damage due 2 the past contractor had done something in accurate to the flooring and also the consumer intent 2 b scared when they are looking at it as if there's a earthquake in this town. my manager had tell the top management but they seem they are just ignore about this statement. their ignorants might be for a while wait until when it comes to a circumstance, one of the consumer fall or hurt then they started to take an action. to me, that day definetly too little too late.... |
