Conciliation of the Unification
Linda Berroth-Linderman
I spent many hours which led into days in the dark
When the door was slid to the side
I was blinded for a while
As my focus became clear
The eyes looking down upon me
Had the red blaze of fire
At first I thought it was anger
But it was not.
Seriously
I now think it was Satan.
He did what he had come to do
Leaving me broken and torn
Funny how life repeats itself
How many times must something be replayed
With different characters?
The dust all about me clung so
My hair appeared blonde
The only thing I could recognize
The only thing I could recognize
The only thing I could recognize about myself
Were my tears
I hated them
So the moans are now of a different tonage
They come with soothing gentleness
A strange knowing I can feel safe
You do not worry me
I wrap your solace about my shoulders
Its warmth travels down and fills my aura
I forget all as I drink in your energy
I now expect your sweet understanding
To allay the fears within
Do you mind?
Take my hand,
Guide me please
As we walk together
Around a pond of tranquil serenity
Through a field of placated harmony
The depth of your sighs are stirring within me
Smile for you know I can feel when you do
The pounding of my heart with yours
Shows conciliation of the unification
