I watched as you walked out of the room, out of my life. Did you feel my eyes follow you? I wished I had the power to make you turn around and stay, but you left.

     Now I wonder how I am supposed to go on without you. I know no other place - only us. I have spent my life loving you. What do I do? Where do I go?

     I have no feelings left. I am numb. Should I have begged? Should I have called your name? Would it have made a difference?
