It’s really interesting to see how online dating is shaping the lives of millions of people around the world. Every one of us comes across some kind of funny incidents that become a part of our everlasting memory. I, being a writer, love learning from others experiences and put them down here for others to learn too. I have seen many of friends and acquaintances being related to online dating in some way or other. Here is a little experience of Tyson, my neighbor, who has a funny experience to share…

I feel totally lost in this new city I just moved in. when I decided to move in here, it was because my girl friend was working here. But soon we both realized things were not working between us and eventually we broke up. Now I am single and man it really sucks! I would not have minded it too much if I were in my hometown. I would have hanged out in bars and pubs with my friends but being new to this place, I hardly know anyone here to go out with. Though i have a well paying job here but there is no private life.

I think I will have to try to find the hot spots in this city where all the single people go, the good bars or clubs; it’s just one sort of excuses to have to go in for you. I could even try for these dating sites for single people I have heard about. If I will find someone interesting there, may be then I wont have to go to a bar alone looking like someone miserable and preying on every single girl you see there.

If I analyze closely, it’s not that bad to be single here. It’s such a beautiful town with lots of mountains and greenery. I can go out exploring this town as well the nearby cities. I can go for trekking on weekends. I don’t think I’m quite ready to get back into a relationship so suddenly. So maybe I’ll remain single for some time, but I need to meet some other single people here that I can make friendship with, so that I will have someone to talk to out here. Then I don’t think life will be so boring and monotonous.
