Today morning I went to Lisboa, to participate in the 1 th May Run, I usually run in that run every year, and I like it. It was 15 kms running in the most big Lisboa avenues. I felt pleased to run there, it´s a good feeling, and there were lots of people seeing us running. It´s was amusing, besides the weather was a bit sunny, though cloudy too, but very nice for running. I advice everyone to make a sport, if not running any kind of sport, cause after exercice you will be better, it is good for your health, and it is good for your well being. Besides when I have a stressful week, the best thing to sent the problems away is making exercice, if I don´t do it my strees don´t go away so easily and sometimes without making sports the probality to have tensions and nervous state is closer if we don´t do exercises and sports. I tell you this cause I feel it by myself. So please do something for well being and do something for yourself better life, do sport, and do exercice, play a sport and you will feel better in your daily life!
