Founded in the July of 1999, Dalian Hualu Optical Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Dalian, a beautiful coast city which is called Pearl of North China. It is a subsidiary company owned by China Hualu Group (an enterprise administered by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council). The company covers an area of about 8000 square meters, with a registered capital of RMB 40.8 million and total investment of more than RMB 100 million. Our main machines include disc replication lines (introduced form German and Japan), master lines (introduced from Holland), screen printing machines (introduced form Taiwan), offset printing machines (introduced form Japan) and quality check machines of CD-CATS and DVD-CATS (introduced form Sweden). In 2008, the company introduced a blu-ray production line and became the first domestic company to produce blu-ray discs. At present, the company has an annual capability of 70,000,000 CD discs, 24,000,000 DVD5/9/10 discs, 15,000 stampers and 500,000 blu-ray discs.

The company was granted with the honored title of "Advanced Group of National Information Industry System" in 2003 and honored as the “National Advanced Disk Enterprise” in 2004. In 2002, the company passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14000 Environmental Management System, OHSAS18000 Occupational Health & Safety Management System, and QC080000 IECQ Hazardous Substances Management System and became the first enterprise to pass these certifications in Liaoning province.
