Here at A Work In Progress we enforce a strict no alcohol, no drug policy. It is mandatory for all residents to follow a 12 step program, which includes attending 12 step meetings daily (if not working), have a sponsor, and being of service in their own recovery. As a resident here all services are geared for one purpose only: To obtain and maintain sobriety from alcohol and all other altering substances.

There are no words to express how special you are to me. I know from time to time you think of how you may have fallen short as a mother and in life.

However, I look at you and I am amazed by all of your strength, wisdom, perseverance, by all that you have accomplished despite the many obstacles that have crossed your path and by all the lives you have touched along the way.

You truly are a magical person and I am proud to call you my mother as well as one of my best friends. For my definition of a true friend is one who accepts a person for whom they are, but also does everything in their power to help them be the best that they can be.

I believe that I have just had the consultation that will change my life. I am so grateful to Virginia.. She was gracious enough to spend time with me in a student conference identifying areas that were impeding my success as a real estate investor.

You see, Virginia taught me that it is important to believe that you will! The party that is listening to you will hear that confidence in your voice and be more receptive.

Next, you must be confident in your approach. As a real estate investor, as well in life, it does matter how you deliver your desires. Your confidence spills over to your listener and they will know that you a putting them in a win-win situation and VIOLA!!!! You have a deal.

Additionally, I am so grateful to Virginia because she cares about my success. So many times people give you the information and leave you out there to fend for yourself. Not Virginia. She is so willing to roll-up her sleeves to help you in any way..

I am on my way to securing my first deal. The techniques that Virginia taught me are priceless. I am going to apply them in this first real estate deal, I am going to apply them in my personal life, as well.

My life has changed today and for the first time I know – I REALLY KNOW – that I can have financial freedom!!!!!!!!!
