Last new year we having our holiday at Chiang Mai Thailand, this year we're going to Taiwan. Actually going to Taiwan i have planning few years ago, but sometime we're always follow our instinct, so Taiwan trip have been delayed until this year.

Day 4 of the chinese new year, we're leaving to airport at the morning.

Check in with our tour leader......Kim from seremban too. We're flight to Taiwan by Eva Air......

This flight is not too stable, make  me feel uncomfortable.......it take about 5 hours reach Taiwan. This is the meals that i have it......just ok.

When we reach Taiwan,we're going to our hotel to check in first,after that out tour guide take us to the nearest market to have our dinner. We're going to have beef noodles, oyster omellette ,stinky beancurd ,taiwan hotdog.....and some fruits. I'm a baker, so i love to visit to the bakery house.......variety of cakes,not bad.......very yummy! First day i already have a lot of food(coz Taiwan got so many famous food), i cannot imagine the coming days.

Day 2

My first breakfast at taiwan, although is a small room, but food is tasty and variety.

First place that we visit is long shan temple

This is tien hou temple......so many people come to pray and wishing good health and all the best in this whole year

 Along the lugang old street you can see so many of hawker stall......variety of food you can find here.

We buy a lot of food, for example.......oyster omelette, fried cutterfish, fried mushroom, takoyaki, mee sua, organic sweet corn......so on.

Then we're moving on to the largest temple called.....fo guang temple.

Within chinese new year, they have a lantern festival, you can see lantern lights on all over the temple......so beautiful!

See.....is it beautiful.....!

Every place is suitable for you to take a picture......this temple is so large, until we lost and cannot find the way back. After that we check in to another hotel, take a shower and our tour leader and guide will bring us to the nearest night market.....liu he night market, just take 5-10 minutes will reach there.

Our tour guide tell us people on taiwan always walk on our own right hand side, to reduce people crush people, a very good behaviour. I think we should learn from them. But most of the people will push you when walking, is not polite.You know tourist like us who visit to othet country will walk slowly and look for something special. In this market you can find some tasty food like egg rolls and something like bahulu, i dunno what it called (inside have some cream or cheese filling, i'm not sure).

Day 3

This is the worse breakfast that i ever have, look like so many things, but actually just a bit! I don't like having porridge as my main meals, service is bad because toast bread have no jam just butter......

When we on the way to sun moon lake, here have some cherry tree, i thought just can see it at japan. So beautiful..............

Ater that we having lunch at a restaurant that can view the sun moon lake.......gorgeous!

Beside the restaurant......is wen wu temple.

 Actually we take too much time on taking pic, but i still go around this temple. I cannot imagine i find a tree here.......is plum flower.....this is the time of plum blossom.....so attractive! Within a day i saw two kind of beautiful flower.

When on the way to the hotel, we passed by a strawberry park. Our tour guide drop us here to pick some fresh strawberry. But why their strawbery really sweet haa?

This is our resort........is a hot spring resort called west lake resort. When we arrived we just walk around and take some photo........is a beautiful resort.

Every night we're having supper at the night market, but this resort is far from the town, so we go to the nearest place to have something.......that's macdonald. We order some burgers that didn't found at malaysia.

Day 4

Hall for breakfast........a huge and luxury hall.

I can tell you is so many things to eat, have porridge, vege noodles, bread, cream puff, omochi, dumpling, pudding, variety of cake and variety of salad with nata de coco and variety of fruit.......! The chocolate omochi is so yummy.

Early morning we're going to visit a DIY leisure farm........can you see the cutie cactus.

This is a tomato farm called united nations of tomatoes, because it have different of tomato from all over of country for example japan, korea, china, german, france, holland, us, italy, africa, south africa..........and so on. And different of shape too.....

Cannot stop taking picture..........then we continue our journey to leofoo village theme park

We're queue up for visit some herbivore animals

Herbivore animal including rhinoceros, giraffe, hippopotamus, moutain goat........and also sika deer from taiwan.

Can you see it flamingo with it little flamingo..........so cute!

Lunch time.........having lunch ourselve. What we have.....chicken chop bento, braised pork bento and vegetarian bento. Side dish that serve with bento like Salted egg, sausage, cabbage, glassy noodle, pickled ginger, chinese sausage......so on.

I'm scared for those game, so like me just take some photo in every corner. In this park has four theme areas......wild west, arabian kingdom, south pacific and safari park.

Any place also have beautiful view to take pic.....

Before going, i stopped at the souvenir shop to buy some gift and the orange pudding from here taste good too.

Our next destination is the tallest building in the world......101 shopping mall.

What make me interest in the shopping mall, is the food court of the shopping mall. It have variety of food you can have and reasonable price too!

Outside 101 also have beautiful place to take some pic.......outside is so windy....

Our last destination for today.........national taiwan democracy memorial hall

It is the most impressive monument to the great chinese hero. the hall's enormous marble edifice tower over landscaped garden, graceful pavillions and placid ponds.

Dinner time......hai ba wang seafood cuisine-a sumptuous dinner, appertizer is salad with abalone, the stream glutinous rice is so yummy and cover with full of dried shrimp.....

After we check in to our hotel at taipei.........we go to the nearest nightmarket......raohe st. night market. Acessories like earings, bracelet, ring.....are so special and reasonable price.

DAY 5

Breakfast at this hotel have various of food and different flavour of cake and cornflakes.......very suitable for me, because i love western breakfast. It have salad with nata de coco, different taste of cornflakes (first time i have strawberry flavour), different flavour of swissroll and sandwiches, puff and biscotti, pudding, vitagen, fresh fruit..........my flavour handmade ham, omelette, sausage and salad sandwich.........Mmmm.......i love it!

Early morning we go to martyr's shrine to view an elaborate ceremony of changing guards hourly.

This is a rose farm inside shillin official residence.......a large garden.

Gorgeous.........rose flower!

I dunno what flower is it, but gorgeous too......

After finish our lunch, we proceed to fisherman wharf......a beautiful scenic of danshuei river.

Really a beautiful and romantic place......

Then we have a walk at danshuei old street......this street is lined with old time buildings and shops selling famous local snack. i can tell you the 1st stall of squid ball with different topping is so tasty. And must try something like homemade fish snack, kway chap egg.......! Is a very nice shopping place too.

After having so many snack at danshuei street, i already cannot have my mongolian style bbq.

Here they have buffet, steambot and bbq......all you choose! You can choose your own vegetable, meat and seasoning, then let them to cook for you.

You can make your own dessert.......

After that we going to the most young people hunting for the latest fashion of shopping area........xi men ding.

Some people told me this oyster mee sua (flour-rice noodles) is not suit malaysian taste because taste sticky. But when we travel to other country, we must try everything different. Please don't compare the flavour with your own country, try to taste their flavour, maybe you'll feel tasty.

Day 6

Breakfast again at the same hotel......

Then we going to visit world's largest assemblage of priceless chinese art treasures........national palace museum.

This is the famous merchant plaza at taiwan, for me the price is cheaper than malaysia and quality is more better.

Ferris wheel at miramar entertainment park.......it is attached on the rooftop of the shopping mall. Scenery at night is so gorgeous, food in the food court look tasty, but no time for us to taste it.

This is the last place that we'll visit......shihlin market. I think everyone know this market because it very famous too. We taste all the famous local snacks here......for example.......xxl crispy chicken chop, taiwan sausage, double wraped biscuits, oyster omellete, stinky beancurd, scallion pancake, big sausage wrap small sausage, braised pork rice, beef noodle.......and so on. The big sausage wrap small sausage is really tasty.

Day 7

This morning we packed our luggage because we're leaving today. I din take much of breakfast, but the green tea cake is so tasty, i can't stop having it!

Before leaving, let's take picture with our tour leader and tour guide.

Taiwan is a food paradise and a good place for shopping. I love place to have night market, coz we can hang out every night rather than stay at the hotel. Like hong kong also my favourite, coz we also can shop and eat in the midnight.

Something for relatives and friends......

I love to collect stamp, especially stamp from other country.

My taiwan trip take long long time to finish this journal, finally i can end here!

Long time ago i already want to learn pandan chiffon cake....why?....coz my love one like to eat.....you'll do everything to make him happy!So when my sis birthday,i try to do this cake for her guest as a dessert....and also the pumpkin cake.



Started early morning i wake up to prepare the ingredient,like squeeze coconut milk,pound pandan leaf to get the juice(more fragrant without adding water) and steamed pumpkin..... ...
